2. Personal data we collect

Through the contact form on this website, we collect the following personal data:

  • Name or company name
  • Email address
  • Message content

In addition, as with any visit to a website, your browser automatically sends some technical data: your IP address, the type and version of your browser and operating system, the page requested and the referring page. Section 5 explains who receives it and why.

3. Purpose of processing

The personal data collected is processed for the following purposes:

  • Managing and responding to enquiries received through the contact form.
  • Maintaining communication with the user regarding their request.
  • Serving the website's pages and protecting it against abuse.
  • Counting visits and page views in aggregate, anonymous form, to know which content is read.

No user profiles are created, nor are automated decisions made based on the data provided.

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing your data is consent of the data subject (Article 6.1.a GDPR), granted by voluntarily submitting the contact form. Additionally, there may be a legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) to respond to business enquiries.

Technical browsing data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) in providing the website, keeping it secure and knowing, in aggregate, how much it is used.

5. Data recipients

Data provided through the contact form is sent to the email address info@creanimund.com via the email delivery service Resend (Resend, Inc.), which acts as a data processor. Data is processed on servers located within the European Union or in countries with adequate data protection guarantees.

The website also relies on these providers:

  • Vercel (Vercel Inc.), hosting provider. It serves the pages and therefore receives the IP address and technical data of every request. It acts as a data processor.
  • Vercel Web Analytics, from the same provider, to count visits and page views. It does not set cookies or store information in your browser: it identifies the visit with a value computed from the request itself and discards the session after 24 hours. The data it records is anonymous and is not tied to any individual or IP address.
  • Google Fonts (Google), which serves the website's typefaces. When they load, your browser sends Google your IP address, the address of the requested font and the HTTP headers (browser, operating system and referring page). According to Google, it uses the IP address to respond to the request and for security purposes, and the service does not set or log cookies (more information).

Vercel Inc. and Google LLC are based in the United States, so this data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Both participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Vercel's data processing addendum also provides for the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Data will not be transferred to third parties except where required by law.

6. Data retention period

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to address your enquiry and, once resolved, for the legally applicable limitation periods. As a general rule, contact form data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication.

Technical browsing data is kept by the providers listed in section 5 under their own policies. Vercel Web Analytics discards the visit session after 24 hours.

7. Data subject rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the Spanish LOPD-GDD, you have the right to:

  • Access: know what personal data of yours we process.
  • Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: request the deletion of your data when no longer necessary.
  • Objection: object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Restriction: request restriction of processing in certain cases.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

To exercise any of these rights, please send a request to info@creanimund.com indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID document.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with applicable regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD):

Creanimund S.L. has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed.

10. Changes to this privacy policy

Creanimund S.L. reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments. In the event of substantial changes, users will be informed through the website.
